ABOUT US

Help on Arrival, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity and hope to the poor and forgotten.

At Help on Arrival, we believe every life is precious, no matter how disadvantaged. Poverty should never stand in the way of freedom, medical care, or basic human needs.

Across Africa, too many patients remain detained in hospitals long after treatment, simply because they cannot afford their medical bills. New mothers and their babies are kept from their families, young children from their parents and siblings, families are torn apart, and poverty traps lives in cycles of suffering.

In prisons, countless men and women, some not yet even charged, endure hunger, sickness, and neglect, often without the most basic necessities of food, clothing, or medical care.

We exist to restore what poverty takes away: hope, dignity, and the ability to move forward.

With the support of donors and volunteers, we:

  • Pay hospital bills for patients detained after treatment, reuniting them with their families.
  • Provide food, clothing, and essential medical care for prisoners in under-resourced facilities.
  • Offer practical humanitarian aid to the most disadvantaged, one person at a time.

Our work is more than charity. It is systemic compassion.

We believe that when we help one person, we affirm the humanity in all of us.

Donations unlock freedom.

Volunteer hours bring healing.

Compassion transforms into lasting impact.

Help on Arrival, Inc. is committed to transparency, accountability, and lasting change.

With your partnership, we are bringing freedom, healing, and dignity to those who need it most.

Together, we can turn empathy into action and hope into reality.

OUR VISION

To create a future where poverty is not a barrier to freedom, medical care, or basic human needs.

We strive for a world where every individual, regardless of circumstance, receives the compassion, support, and dignity they deserve.
