In many African jails and prisons, people go without enough food, soap, clean clothing, or basic medical care. Families do their best, but poverty and distance often make regular support impossible. Our humanitarian support helps fill that gap with the consent and coordination of the facility itself.
What's in a kit
Each humanitarian kit is built to a published standard: hygiene essentials (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, feminine products), weather appropriate clothing (socks, undergarments, thermals), reading materials, and OTC medications cleared by the facility's medical staff.
How we partner with facilities
We do not bypass facility protocols. Every delivery is coordinated with the warden's office or facility administrator and logged in their inventory system. This keeps our work safe, accountable, and welcomed.
Care beyond the kit
Where facilities allow, we supplement food, clothing, hygiene, and basic medical support so prisoners are treated with the dignity every person deserves.
